Scholarships will be awarded to well-rounded individuals who excel in the classroom, are solid members in their communities and are contributors to school extra-curricular activities.
Submission deadline (3 weeks prior to tournament)
Applicants must submit the following:
- Full Name
- High School
- Coaches (nominator) name, phone, email
- Nominees academic dedication - Transcript with grade 11 grades
- List all extra-curricular activities that you participate in, at school
- List all extra-curricular activities that you participate in, outside of school
- Community Involvement
- Post-Secondary aspirations
- Work experience
- Why should you be considered for the NYBC Scholarship – maximum 1 page, 12 font, double spaced
- Coaches may nominate two players from their respective team as well.
The number of and amount of scholarships will vary depending on sponsorship dollars
To redeem scholarships, students must provide proof of registration in a post-secondary institution or program
Legal – must have applicant sign and guardian (adult) to sign freedom of information act.
