Glen became the third coach of the men's soccer team after a teaching career in which he was the Principal of Tanner's Crossing School in Minnedosa.

McNabb is also a Bobcat alum after playing four seasons with the BU men's hockey team in the late 1980's.

As Head Coach of the Bobcats, Glen led the team to the program's first Canadian Colleges Athletic Conference (CCAA) appearance after capturing the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) title following the 2021 outdoor season. The team then followed that up by winning the MCAC Futsal championship in 2022.
