Lee has experience in the public school system as he has taught everything from Kindergarten to Senior years to now at the University level. As a teacher Lee, has taught physical education, social studies, math, science, as well he was department head and athletic director. He currently teaches a variety of activity courses in the physical education department and has supervised student teachers during their school placements.
Lee has been the only head coach of the Bobcat women’s Volleyball program that started in 2005. He has also coached College volleyball in Alberta at Grande Prairie Regional College. Lee also works with club teams, provincial teams and the Team Canada programs.
Lee is very active in the volleyball community acting as a mentor coach for the Manitoba volleyball. Lee is also a club director for Cats Volleyball club for U-13 and U-14’s. Lee organizes and runs clinics throughout the Westman area.
