Box Score VANCOUVER - The Brandon Bobcats women's basketball team dropped a tough-road game to the host UBC Thunderbirds 78-39 Friday night at the War Memorial Gym.

Brandon momentarily held a 4-2 lead about a minute in, but that was as close as they would come. UBC made six three-pointers in the first quarter alone.

Bobcat Carrera Lamoureux finished with a team-high ten points.

The loss drops the Bobcats record to 0-13 on the season.

Up next, the Bobcats will travel to Victoria to play the Vikes Saturday night.
