BRANDON - The Brandon University Bobcats came out swinging and didn't let up as they earned a straight sets victory over the visiting University of Calgary Dinos (25-14, 25-17, 25-17). 

The Bobcats took an early and commanding lead and never looked back, outworking the Dinos and earning a team attack percentage of .479. The Bobcats also out-dug the Dinos 29-15 and earned 8.5 team blocks, compared to the Dinos two.

Frank Jones led the 'Cats with an impressive 12 kills on only 16 swings, earning him an impressive .750 attack percentage on the evening. Sebastien Steigmeier added 10 kills and four blocks, while Sam Tuivai and Roy Ching added eight kills apiece. David Stastica notched a match-high 36 assists.

Braden O'Toole paced the Dinos attack with 10 kills and one block. Keith West chipped in eight kills

With the win, Brandon remains perfect at 3-0. The Dinos sit at 3-2. 

The two teams will face off once again tomorrow night at the Brandon University Healthy Living Centre.
