Dean joins the Bobcats women's volleyball coaching staff after moving to Brandon to work as the Sport Manitoba Coach/Athlete Development Coordinator for the Western Manitoba region.

Previously Dean spent 15 years as the head coach of the Western Mustangs women’s volleyball program from 1996-2011, amassing four provincial titles and an overall record of 282-80.
