Kevin Lopez returned to the pitch after a spectacular rookie season to earn a conference all-star award and lead the team to a program-best finish.
 
Lopez finished among league leaders in scoring, none more important than the two goals he scored in the Final Four including the go-ahead goal in the championship match.
 
He also set up two others in Final Four with his outstanding kicks from the corner, elevating the team with his outstanding presence on offence.
 
"Kevin had a fantastic October, helping the Bobcats to another top of the table finish," says coach Jesse Roziere.
 
"Kevin was committed to winning a banner this outdoor season after how the final unfolded in 2018. He was tremendous in the Final Four weekend, and was player of the game in the final, leading the Bobcats to their first ever outdoor banner."
 
Lopez will look to keep his all-star streak alive when the team returns to action this January in the MCAC Futsal season. Lopez was named to the MCAC all-conference team following his first futsal season last year and in the outdoor season this year.
