BRANDON- The Brandon Bobcats came out swinging, but it wasn't enough to push the past the Regina Cougars, who kept up with the Bobcat attack and closed out the match 3-1 (26-24, 25-17, 16-25, 25-22).
The Bobcats jumped ahead early in the first set, but the Cougars didn't relent, chipping away at the Bobcat lead and eventually taking the first set in extra points. The second set was all Cougars, but the Bobcats battled back in the third, forcing the fourth set. The Bobcats couldn't maintain their energy and the Cougars came away with a big road win, inching them one step closer to .500.
