OTTERBURNE - The Brandon University men's soccer team is out of the running at the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference championship.
 
The Bobcats dropped a 4-3 decision against the CMU Blazers in Saturday's semifinal in what was their playoff debut in their second season in the league.
 
Prince Okai and Osian Edwards scored for BU, while the Blazers also had an own goal to add to the Bobcats' total.
 
The St. Boniface Les Rouges will meet CMU in Sunday's final after defeating the Providence Pilots in the other semifinal.
 
Meanwhile, Edwards and BU teammate Taylor Blue were recognized as MCAC all-stars.
