REGINA - The Brandon University men's volleyball team made quick work of the Regina Cougars on Saturday night to take both matches on the road this weekend.

Roy Ching led the offensive charge once again for the Bobcats, scoring a match-high 14 kills as Brandon beat Regina in straight sets in Canada West action.

The set scores were 25-23, 25-17 and 25-19.

A pair of Brandon rookies also played a big part in the victory, with
Reece Dixon delivering a match-high 34 assists, while
Mason Metcalf topped the contest with five blocks.

Bruce Akubukaka added seven kills and five digs, while
Daven Pascal and
Brady Nault notched six kills apiece for BU.

Brandon is back to the .500 mark at 3-and-3 and will look to keep rolling on the road this coming weekend when they play the Thompson Rivers Wolf Pack in Kamloops.
