Stay warm with BU Rec programs

December brought plenty of snow and cold weather, and now the New Year brings plenty of opportunities to stay warm and in shape by taking part in a BU Rec class or club. 

The winter 2017 line-up of programs has been unveiled and registration is now open.

BU Rec programs are open to BU students, faculty and staff, as well as all members of the public.

"We've offered something for everyone in terms of the chance to take part in a fitness class or activity and beat the winter blues," says BU Rec Director Gil Cheung. "Regardless of age, experience or ability, we encourage all members of our community to come down to the Healthy Living Centre and take part in one of our classes or activities. It's a great way to stay active and have fun with friends, family and neighbours."

All are welcome to try any club or fitness program as part of BU Rec's "Try it for Free" week January 9-15.
