Contributions from new faces and a welcomed return lifted the Bobcats to a 5-1 win over the ACC Cougars Sunday afternoon at the Sportsplex.           
 
Edwin Ali and Ndifreke Akpan scored their first career goals while 2021 MCAC all-conference keeper Ryder Anthony made his long awaited return from a knee injury to make an impact in the second half.
 
Anthony's return comes a year and a half after his injury in the 2022 futsal season, as the Winnipeg product subbed in to applause from his team mates.

Veterans Cristian Rodriguez, Bryson Haywood and Zach Wood added solos for Brandon.
 
The Bobcats now get set for a single contest next weekend at home, welcoming the Providence Pilots on Sunday, Sept. 17.
