The Barbados import had an impactful performance in the second last match of November to get the nod. The fourth-year middle was marvelous in BU's marathon five-set win over the UBC Okanagan Heat in front of over 1,200 fans at the Healthy Living Centre. The HLC was hosting Manitoba's 'A' high school provincials on the same weekend and Dyer delivered an inspiring performance for the home crowd. She had a career-high 14 kills on 22 swings and just one error to hit .591. Dyer also added two service aces and four blocks for BU.
