Chelsea Plett’s play in September has been supreme, and while she may not put up a ton of stats, her steady play in the backfield has once again positioned the Bobcats to make a run at a third straight MCAC league title.
 
Despite not registering much on offense in her career, the third-year defender scored her first goal as a Bobcat on September 30 to conclude the month with a crucial road win over Providence.
 
“Although Chelsea is not a flashy player she works incredibly hard in games and practices and makes it very difficult for opponents to play against her,” says coach Scott Haddow. “She has the respect of all of her team mates for her incredible work rate. With top fitness and eagerness to excel, Chelsea leads by example and brings both hunger and ability.”
