Men's volleyball team completes clean sweep

Box Score REGINA - The Bobcats men's volleyball team made it six-straight sets to start the 2012-13 Canada West regular season, storming to another 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-21) win over the Regina Cougars.

As a team, the Bobcats weren't overly efficient on the attack, but it seemed to work anyway. The Bobcats recorded 30 kills, but also notched 20 errors (.114 attack efficiency). The Bobcats were solid at the net however, recording 23 blocks, including six from Dan Boutwell.

Boutwell was also one of the few efficient attackers, finishing the night with five kills on seven swings. Second-year left-side Sam Tuivai and import left-side Rob McLean both finished with nine kills.

Up next for the Bobcats is the 2012-13 home opener next weekend as they welcome the Thompson Rivers Wolfpack.
