Box Score BRANDON - The Brandon Bobcats welcomed provincial rivals in the Winnipeg Wesmen to the Healthy Living Centre on Thursday and the Wesmen made it a one-sided affair, winning in straight sets 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-13).

Ozana Nikolic was lights-out for the Wesmen, finishing with 17 kills on 23 swings with one error, good for a .696 hitting percentage. Carleen Kruschel put up 16 kills on 33 swings, to go along with 10 digs.

Victoria Dakin led the Bobcats with nine kills on 17 swings, while Meghan Robertson finished with seven kills.

The teams meet again in the second half of the weekend home and home series in Winnipeg on Saturday.
