Spring fitness programs starting in May

Yoga in the Yard
BU REC is excited to announce Yoga in the Yard sessions for this spring!  What better way to welcome the warmer weather (when it arrives) than with Flow Yoga outdoors. 
 
Class runs 7-8pm every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning May 1st and concluding May 31st, 10 classes in all!  Weather permitting; classes will take place in the courtyard at BU, between Clark Hall and the Knowles-Douglas building.  If Mother Nature is not cooperating, class will be in the Mezzanine at the HLC.

JOGA
Led by HLC Personal Trainer Jamee George, JOGA is Yoga designed for the athlete's and active individual's body. It is an athletic style of yoga that hybrids breathing and relaxation benefits (of yoga) with the science and bio-mechanics of sport movement. It transforms imbalances and asymmetries into structural realignment - resulting in efficient movement patterns. Decreases recovery time and ultimately, transforms an athlete's/active individuals overall performance.

GOLF TRAINING
Improve your golf game! Increase stamina, strengthen core and hip-flexors, and work on balance. See your golf score improve with this 8-week course offered by HLC Personal Trainer Jamee George.
