SASKATOON - If there's one thing the Bobcats men's basketball team has proven this year, it's that they can't be counted out.
After trailing by 19 to start the fourth quarter, the Bobcats pulled off an impressive comeback win over the Saskatchewan Huskies Saturday night by a score of 85-81.
The Bobcats turned the tides in a big way to start the fourth, going on a 19-0 run punctuated by back-to-back Khari Ojeda-Harvey three's to give the Bobcats the lead.
Ojeda-Harvey finished with a game-high 26 points, to go with three assists and three steals.Â
Anthony Tsegakele continued his torrid pace of double-doubles, registering yet another by contributing 18 points and 15 rebounds.Â
Fisayo Moibi led the Huskies with 20 points while Maxwell Amoafo had 15 points and 17 boards.
If snapping a 19-game losing streak to the Huskies wasn't enough, Saturday's victory also cements the Bobcat firmly atop the Canada West conference standings at 7-1.Â
The Huskies fall to 1-5 with the loss.
The Bobcats will return home and look to carry the momentum into the final games of the first half, a home-and-home with Winnipeg which gets underway Thursday at the U of W's Duckworth Centre.
The next home action comes next Saturday at the HLC. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
