Brandon University Athletics

Greg Thompson played for the Brandon University Bobcats for a full five-year career. In that time he played for three coaches, but was a constant source off leadership.
 
He was captain for two years and led the Bobcats to two Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Championships.
 
He was named the team’s Most Improved Player in his rookie season and team MVP in 1975-76.
 
Greg earned a Bachelor of Education Degree with a major in Physical Education from BU before moving on to become a teacher.
