Â
Nancy continued her involvement at BU as a coach and eventually Athletic Director for six years. As a coach, Nancy led Women’s Ice Hockey (four years), Volleyball (four years), Basketball (six years), and Field Hockey (seven years).
Â
As an athlete, Nancy’s athletic abilities were recognized when she won the prestigious Jim Casey Memorial Trophy (for sportsmanship, leadership and athletic ability) n 1963-64 and was elected as the Outstanding Female Athlete in 1965. She also earned a Varsity Letter in each sport she competed in.
